Why Turnaroundz exists.
Too many organizations have experienced Agile transformations that looked good on paper but produced no real change. Frameworks were introduced but not embedded. Coaches came and left. Teams went through the motions without understanding the purpose. Turnaroundz was founded to be different — a consultancy that stays until the transformation is real, measurable, and owned by the people doing the work.

The team behind Turnaroundz.
Marwan is a certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) and Enterprise Agile Transformation Trainer with over 25 years of experience leading organizational transformations across multiple industries and geographies.
His career spans advising on government-scale initiatives, mentoring startups, and leading full Agile transformations for large enterprises in Telecom, FMCG, Financial Services, E-commerce, and Retail. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and brings a rare combination of strategic vision, marketing management background, and deep Agile expertise.
Marwan designed and implemented Agile initiatives at different scales across organizations including Morgan Stanley, Mastercard, Vodafone, EBRD, McCain, Americana, KFC, Hardees, Group Dynamite, US Grains Council, and the American University in Cairo.
Ahmed Hossam is the Chair of the International Gamification Confederation — the global governing body for the gamification industry — and the Founder of Gampact, the leading gamification consultancy in the MENA region.
Globally ranked #2 in the Gamification Gurus Power 100, Ahmed has been recognized as the Best Gamification Consulting CEO in MENA 2023. He is a guest lecturer at Oakland University, a keynote speaker at international conferences, and has designed gamification solutions for organizations including HP, Oracle, IBM, Vodafone, and Harvard University.
At Turnaroundz, Ahmed leads the Gamification & Delivery Improvement practice, applying world-class behavioral design and game mechanics to help Agile teams perform at their best.
