Marwan Fathy, the founder of Turnaroundz is a certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) ,Trainer, consultant, lecturer, entrepreneur and agile evangelist who designed and implemented different agile initiatives on different scales.

 In addition to this, Marwan also has experience in coaching and consulting, and is a frequent speaker at industry events .

Throughout his 23 year journey, ranging from advising on government initiatives to mentoring startups , Marwan possesses a conceptual talent for seeing the big picture that enables him to choose and draw effective and efficient path to agile adoption and organization transformation .
